For Your Razzie Consideration: The Year's 10 Worst Would-Be Blockbusters

Taken 2 confirmed the joke that the first Taken only hinted at: Liam Neeson's character may beat the hell out of bad guys like an action hero, but he over-mothers his daughter like a timid old lady.

With its PG-13 action, lame-duck heroics, and boring plot, this movie seems made by the elderly for the elderly. That's fine for them, but didn't leave much for the rest of us to enjoy, save for the unintentional comedy that comes with yet another dose of Liam Neeson's painstakingly literal cell phone instructions, this time involving lots of casual grenade throwing.
