Two Lovers

It's too bad this is supposedly Joaquin Phoenix's last film, because it shows how devastatingly good an actor he is. In it he plays a depressed, restless bachelor caught between his love for the excitingly unattainable Michelle (Gwyneth Paltrow) and the pretty, stable Sandra (Vinessa Shaw) his family pushes him toward.
