Enrique Murciano Jr. Biography

  • Profession: Actor, Executive Producer
  • Born: Jul 9, 1973
  • Died: Jan 1, 0001

As far as role choice is concerned, Cuban-American supporting actor Enrique Murciano Jr. arrived in Hollywood at something of a low ebb -- with an appearance in one of the most embarrassing duds of the late '90s: the action thriller [[Feature~V154940~Speed 2: Cruise Control~speed2:cruisecontrol]]. Mercifully, his constituted a brief turn, and Murciano subsequently evinced a more acute predilection for solid material. He was memorable as Ruiz in [[Performer~P110579~Ridley Scott~ridleyscott]]'s Mogadishu-themed war drama [[Feature~V257740~Black Hawk Down~blackhawkdown]] (2001) and as Jeff Foreman in [[Feature~V304987~Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous~misscongeniality2:armedandfabulous]] (2005), but is probably best known for his ongoing portrayal of Missing Persons Agent Danny Taylor in the crime-investigation series drama [[Feature~V273395~Without a Trace~withoutatrace[tvseries]]], opposite [[Performer~P39765~Anthony LaPaglia~anthonylapaglia]] and [[Performer~P242460~Poppy Montgomery~poppymontgomery]]. Murciano also signed for a small role in [[Performer~P498725~Michelle Danner~michelledanner]]'s 2006 indie comedy [[Feature~V350894~How to Go Out on a Date in Queens~howtogooutonadateinqueens]]. ~ Nathan Southern, Rovi
