Bridget Moynahan Biography

  • Profession: Actor
  • Born: Sep 21, 1972
  • Died: Jan 1, 0001

Setting the silver screen ablaze with her memorable moves in [[Feature~V196442~Coyote Ugly~coyoteugly]] and getting small-screen laughs with her role as Mr. Big's fiancée (aka "the stick with no soul") in HBO's massively popular [[Feature~V250366~Sex and the City~sexandthecity[tvseries]]], former child athlete turned Glamour cover-girl Bridget Moynahan forged a successful transition from catwalk to screen in the early years of the new millennium. Born in Binghamton, NY, and raised in Longmeadow, MA, the soccer-playing youngster soon favored preserving her looks as she began gracing the pages of some of the most-respected fashion magazines in the industry. It wasn't long before she began to seek more of her career, and after making an impression on [[Feature~V250366~Sex and the City~sexandthecity[tvseries]]], Moynahan appeared in small roles in such features as [[Feature~V206901~In the Weeds~intheweeds]] and [[Feature~V210893~Trifling With Fate~triflingwithfate]] (both 2000). Dancing to [[Performer~P107105~Prince~prince]] songs was as just about as demanding as her audition for [[Feature~V196442~Coyote Ugly~coyoteugly]] got, and the energetic actress was soon kicking her heels on the bar-top in the free-spirited film. Later appearing in such films as [[Feature~V184532~Whipped~whipped]] (2000), [[Feature~V253784~Serendipity~serendipity]] (2001), and [[Feature~V261810~The Sum of All Fears~thesumofallfears]] (2002), Moynahan took a choice roll opposite [[Performer~P54596~Al Pacino~alpacino]] and [[Performer~P22766~Colin Farrell~colinfarrell]] in the espionage thriller TheRecruit in 2002. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
