One of Hollywood's standbys for playing Indian and Indian-American characters during the 2000s, Amir Talai divided his time between bit roles in features (Legally Blonde 2, The Pursuit of Happyness), and guest spots on television series including Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Gilmore Girls, and Family Guy.
